Spruce Tip maple syrup is produced when spruce tips are steeped in our maple syrup. Spruce tips appear in the spring as renewed growth on the spruce trees that we keep in our forests to provide greater biodiversity for wildlife. The resulting taste is best described by one of our first taste testers:
“It’s like walking through the forest with maple candies… you feel both renewed and warm and cozy from the sweet maple”.
WOW – all that in one syrup!
