The official launch of this product was in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Mark served the tastings at the first hour of the product launch, taking his Dad along for the ride. His Dad sat and watched and was amazed as over that one hour period 80% of the customers who tasted this product reached for one on the shelf and the product was sold out a few hours later.
This is maple syrup aged in used bourbon whiskey barrels. Reheated and filtered, there is little to no residual alcohol in our final product.
